Aureviae Return & Refund Policy

At Aureviae, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • All return requests must be initiated within 30 days. Returns after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and certificates must be included.
  • The product must not show any signs of use, scratches, or damage.
  • For Apple products (iPhone, MacBook, AirPods, etc.), the device must be unactivated and in factory-sealed condition where applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with missing or damaged original packaging
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)
  • Digital products, software licenses, or iCloud services

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos and order details.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at support@aureviae.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval and receive return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided (customer pays return shipping unless defective).

7. Warranty

All Apple products come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty. For warranty claims after the return window, please contact Apple Support directly or reach out to us for assistance.

8. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
